Schedule

From 3.00 PM
Check-in opens at Hestia Hotel Haapsalu Spa. Please allow sufficient time for check-in, as queues may occur and we would not want anyone to miss the ceremony.
5.00 PM
Ceremony begins in the White Hall of Uuemõisa Manor. The doors will open 15 minutes before the ceremony.
5.45 PM
Approximate end of the ceremony. We will then travel together in a wedding motorcade back to Hestia Hotel Haapsalu Spa, where cars may be left for the remainder of the celebrations.
6.15 PM
A short walk together along the seafront to Haapsalu Kuursaal. Should the weather decide to treat us to rain, we kindly ask you to bring your own umbrellas.
6.45 PM
Congratulations and photographs at Haapsalu Kuursaal.
8.00 PM
Dinner and evening celebrations begin.
3.00 AM
End of the party.

Information

Accommodation

We have reserved hotel rooms for all guests. If you have arranged your own accommodation, please let us know.

Your stay includes breakfast the following morning and, for the early risers, access to the spa. Check-out is by 12.00 PM.

Travel

We kindly ask guests to share cars where possible to help simplify parking arrangements. If you are having difficulty arranging transport or finding a lift, please let us know.

Gifts

If you would like to bring a gift, we would be most grateful for one that fits inside an envelope.

Gifts may be brought to Haapsalu Kuursaal, where a designated table will be available during the congratulations and photographs.
